On Saturday, March 14, AFLOAT set sail from 6:30 PM to 11:00 PM and turned networking into something far more cinematic: a floating room of familiar faces and brand-new introductions, framed by the harbour at dusk and the skyline glittering in the distance. From the first step onboard, it felt curated—tight, intentional, and quietly electric, with that rare mix of comfort and anticipation that only happens when the guestlist is right.
Inside, the boat became a warm, low-lit maze of conversations—clusters forming, breaking, and reforming as the night found its rhythm. Cocktails were built with precision at the bar, glassware catching the soft reflections from the ceiling, while the hum of the crowd carried that “lean-in” energy: not forced pitches, but real exchanges, quick laughter, and those moments where you can tell something is clicking before anyone says it out loud.
Then the tempo lifted.
